  • Prompts or incites involvement in practices that may endanger, threaten or damage health and mental wellbeing.

  • Falls under the protection of legislation in matters of intellectual and industrial safeguards pertaining to society or third parties without permission for their intended use.

  • Compromises the honour, personal and family privacy and/or the personal image of individuals.

  • Includes any kind of virus or malware that compromises the Website’s normal use.


If a password is provided for accessing one or more of the Website’s services and/or content, the User is required to use it in a diligent manner, keeping it secret at all times. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the Website, nor of the correct display, download or use of the elements and information posted on it that may be impeded, hindered or blocked by factors or contingencies that are beyond the Company’s control. The Company cannot be held responsible for any decisions that may be made due to the access made to the content or information provided.

The services may be interrupted, or the relationship with the User terminated immediately, if their use of the Website or of any of the services provided therein, is in breach of these General Conditions on the Use of the Website. We cannot be held liable for any damage, harm, loss, compensation or expenses arising from the use of the Website.

The Company shall be solely responsible for proceeding at its earliest possible convenience to the removal of the content that may be causing such loss or damage, provided that it is notified thereof. In particular, the Company may not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from, amongst others, the following:

The Company is also released from any liability over the content and information that may be received through the data-gathering forms, which are used solely for rendering consultation and inquiry services. These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish legislation. As regards the resolution of disputes, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the Company’s registered address.

In the event that any one or more of the clauses in these General Conditions of Use were to be declared null or unenforceable by virtue of applicable legislation or following a court or administrative order, said unenforceability or nullity shall not render these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or null in their entirety.
